Prof. Rebecca Wambua
Prof. Rebecca Wambua holds a PhD in Distance Education from the University of Nairobi. She trained Maasai Mara University on online teaching, instructional material development, and the creation of an ODeL policy. She is currently Commonwealth Learning Consultant. She provided instructional material development training to the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton. Dr. Wambua has trained the University of Embu and Adventist University of Africa on Best Practices, Curriculum Review and Module Development for Purely Online Programs.On March 26–29, 2024, she spoke as a guest speaker at the 7th African Council for Distance Education Triennial Conference.
On February 23, 2024, she gave a keynote address at the Higher Education e-Learning Technologies International Conference (HiETeC-2024). She also served as a keynote speaker at the 2023 eLearning Conference, which took place at the University of Embu from November 2–3.

Dr. Godfrey Mayende
Dr. Godfrey is a seasoned academic, instructional designer, and educational leader with over 22 years of experience in higher education. Currently serving as a Lecturer, Instructional Designer, and Deputy Director at the Institute of Open Distance and eLearning (IODeL), he also manages the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program e-Learning Initiative at Makerere University.

Ms. Margaret Kibera
Margaret Kibera in a Lecturer, Financial Analyst, Accountant and former Banker. She is a part time lecturer at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She is currently writing her thesis In PHD Finance. She is a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds a Master’s in Science of Finance (MSCf) and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (BCOM), and a leadership course from Kianda foundation. She has over twenty years’ experience in the field of finance. She is a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants OF Kenya (ICPAK) , a member of
The Institute of Investment and Financial Analyst (ICIFA), a member of Association of Women Accountants of Kenya(AWAK).

Ms. Delphine Mukhwana
Delphine Mukhwana is a trained graduate teacher with a Masters in project management. She is currently pursuing a master’s in Education (Curriculum Development) at Kenyatta University. She worked in Kenya Methodist University as a Research Fellow, prior to joining Masinde Muliro University in the Directorate of Research and Postgraduate Studies. She has been actively involved in guiding students and staff in networking and branding for enhanced visibility aimed at grant writing. She is passionate in resources mobilization where she has won several grants. Delphine is also an Executive Secretary of DOLPAK and DOLPA-EA.
