Dr. Elizabeth Owino
Dr. Elizabeth A. Owino is an Educational Psychologist and the Director of Quality Assurance at the University of Kigali, Rwanda. Dr. Owino is a practicing Christian and also a trained mediator, a family life coach and a mentor to many. In addition, Dr. Owino is a mother of two adult children and a wife. Dr. Owino is an author and has published in various peer reviewed journals. She is the chair of Kuza Dada Board, and sits in many other boards like Forum of African Women Education (FAWE) and African Character Initiation Program (ACIP). Dr. Owino is a member of various Professional organizations. Despite busy schedule, Dr. Owino is an active member of Toastmasters club, a leadership an communication club, an avid reader and loves hosting and traveling.
Prof. Elifas Bisanda
PROF. ELIFAS TOZO BISANDA at 67 years of age, is the Vice Chancellor of the Open University of Tanzania (OUT) since the 3rd June, 2015. He previously served as the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Regional Services) for two (2) years (2007-9), then Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics) for a period of six (6) years (2009-2015).
