With over 25 years in educational leadership and skills development, I hold a PhD and Master’s in Educational Foundations, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Makerere University. Currently a Lecturer at Gulu University’s Faculty of Education, I also serve as the Regional Director for Quality Education Consultancy Ltd, overseeing initiatives in Uganda, South Sudan, Kenya, and Rwanda since 2018. My previous roles include Country Director for QECL in Uganda (2008-2017), Country Education Programme Manager for VSO in Ethiopia (2015), and District Inspector of Schools in Katakwi District (2004-2007). I founded the OPUL SKILLING FOUNDATION AFRICA, aiming to skill 20 million youth and women across Africa by 2035
